About
At heart, I am passionate about helping people connect with technology in ways that feel natural, empowering, and fair.
For almost a decade I have worked on technology transformation inside large financial services organisations, including PwC, Invesco, and Lloyds Banking Group. My focus now is AI transformation, scaling solutions that reimagine the way people consume data and analytics.
I work with senior leadership on AI strategy and the investment cases behind it, and I design and deliver use cases that apply generative AI to data and analytics. Before this I led enterprise modernisation programmes that moved large organisations onto modern BI platforms, and designed the learning programmes that took tens of thousands of colleagues through that change.
I am studying for an MSc in Artificial Intelligence for Business at Oxford, adding the technical depth of computer science to a decade of applied experience. The ambition is to move from delivering AI solutions one at a time to shaping how entire organisations adopt them. I am also a certified AI Governance Professional with the IAPP, grounding that work in the regulatory and risk landscape it has to live in.
Outside work I co-founded ComuniDatos, a Spanish-speaking data community of more than three thousand members across Latin America, and led the UK and Global Financial Services Tableau User Groups for four years.
